Spinyasa is a fusion-fitness class that includes 30 minutes of spin followed by 30 minutes of yoga. This sweet balance of cardio and flexibility is the perfect practice for working up a sweat then winding down with dynamic stretching and breathwork. We will start class in the Spin Studio and move to Studio A for yoga after.
