Barre-Pilates is a full-body workout that will enhance your muscle tone and improve your core strength. It fuses elements of classic barre fitness with the core strengthening work of pilates. We follow the beat of the music and use low-impact, high-intensity movements to improve muscle endurance and feel the burn. No dance experience required.
