Shamrock Beginner I & II ☘️ (Saturday Class 2024-25)

*JUST ADDED!* Shamrock Beginner I & II welcomes brand new students to the exciting world of Irish dance!  Each weekly class teaches the fundamentals (focus on the FUN!) of Irish dance, using games and skill-building activities while adhering to our three tenets of technique, teamwork, and tradition. All dancers will have the opportunity to perform in the Spring Showcase, and are also eligible to participate in the Class Feis. Prerequisite: No experience required. Shoes Required: Soft Shoes (Hard Shoes not required) Material Covered: Basic Reel, Basic Light Jig, Basic Moves (Hop 123s, Points, Cuts, 7s, Over 2-3s) Competitive Level: Dancer may choose to compete at their First Feis in Beginner level. Note: This class runs for the 2024-25 Academy Year (Sept-June). Students have the flexibility to withdraw / change their schedule within the first 30 days of attending class.
