Feis Prep + Fitness (FPF) is a drop-in class that helps students polish + perfect their solo dance steps, with an emphasis on fitness. This class for dancers of all ages / levels will incorporate drills, and performance + fitness techniques in order to increase dancers’ confidence - both on and off stage! NEW - starting Jan 2024, this class will be held both on Mondays AND Wednesdays at 6:45pm!
