Pilates Core is a low impact, core-focused workout open to all ages and levels. Students will utilize Pilates equipment in order to mindfully and safely improve their core strength, balance, coordination and agility. Includes restorative stretching at the end of class, great for assisting with recovery on rest days. Open to parents and non-dancers as well! (Mats and other equipment are provided)
