Pilates is a fun yet challenging workout designed to strengthen the core, improve flexibility and encourage wellbeing. DIDA founder Joe Duffey provides a supportive environment for all students - no prior experience necessary! All you need is a mat, towel and optional mini-band. The workout is 40 minutes (presented via Zoom) which includes stretching. Great for everybody, not just Irish dancers! Link to join is sent in e-mail receipt upon purchase.
