Registration Policies |
Material Fee: |
A $35 Material Fee will be added to in-class Fall Classes, and all Camps & Workshops, at check out. A $70 Material Fee will be added to Winter-Spring Classes at check out. If paying in any other method, the respective Material Fee must be added to the above listed total. Online: A $35 material fee may be added to specific Virtual camps or classes per KOS

Payment: |
Payment in full is required before the first day. Space is only guaranteed once payment is received.

Enrollment: |
Space in all programs is limited. Please contact the KOS Office with any questions (310-314-0035 or email [email protected]). New students may attend one trial class/camp for a fee based on availability. Call to inquire.

Attendance: |
Attendance of all actors is crucial for a successful show. Two or more absences may result in a re-cast.

Prorates & Refunds: |
No refunds for missed classes/camp days for any reason (i.e. sick, travel, other conflicts, etc.). Private Coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to a session.

Online Class/Camp Refunds: |
All sales are final. No refunds or credits. |
In-person Class/Camp Refunds: |
To receive a full refund (minus $135 service fee): For a CLASS: Students must cancel before the first day. For a CAMP: Campers must cancel 10 days prior to camp start date.

Program Cancelation: |
KOS reserves the right to cancel a program if the class/camp does not meet minimum enrollment. If paid, KOS will refund/credit that amount to use for another class or camp.

To Register: |
Register via ClassBug (all major credit cards accepted). For cash, check, Zelle or PayPal payments, contact the KOS Office for details (310-314-0035). Late payments & returned checks incur a $30.00 fee.

Winter-Spring Session: |
Winter-Spring Session tuition may be paid together, or in two installments. First Installment: Due at registration. Second Installment: Due March 1. Registration confirms you agree to KOS automatically charging your credit card for the second installment on March 1.
