| Material Fee: |
A non-refundable material fee is included in all program tuition:
$45 - Fall classes, Winter & Spring sessions, Summer camps, and all workshops $80 - Winter-Spring combined session |
| Payment: | Payment in full is required before the first day. Space is only guaranteed once payment is received. |
| Enrollment: | Space in all programs is limited. New students may attend one trial class/camp for a trial fee based on space availability (see Trial Fee policy listed below). For questions contact us at: [email protected] |
| Attendance: | Attendance is crucial for a successful show. Two or more absences may result in a recast. |
| Prorates & Refunds: | Classes & Camps: No refunds or prorates are given for missed classes or camp days for any reason, including illness, travel, scheduling conflicts etc. Private Coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to a session Parties - inquire |
| Online Class/Camp Refunds/Program Dedications/Videographer: | All sales are final. No refunds or credits. |
| Class/Camp Refunds: | All refunds are subject to a $145 non-refundable service fee. Classes: Cancel before the first day for a full refund minus the $145 fee, or receive a full credit to use for a future class. Camp: Cancel at least 10 days before the camp start date for a full refund minus a $145 non-refundable fee, or receive a future camp or class credit (not valid for privates, workshops, or parties). Credits are not valid for privates, workshops or parties |
| Trial Fee: | In some cases a trial class or camp may be available. Please email to inquire.
There is a trial fee which will be applied toward the full session if your actor wishes to continue. Full registration is required before attending a trial class. | Program Cancelation: | KOS reserves the right to cancel a program if the class/camp does not meet minimum enrollment. If paid, KOS will refund/credit that amount to use for another class or camp. |
| To Register: | Register via ClassBug (all major credit cards accepted). Late payments will incur a $35 a day late fee.

| Installment Auto-Payment: | When applicable by choosing an “AUTOPAY” installment plan, you agree to the following:
Your card will be charged automaticallly on the scheduled dates (no reminds will be sent- please mark the dates in your calendar). You are responsible for keeping your payment method current at all times. A $35 per day late fee applies beginning 5 days after any missed payments. The full balance will be paid by the final scheduled date and must be paid before the last day of a program. |
| Winter-Spring Session: | Winter-Spring Session tuition is either paid at once, or paid with KOS' ”autopay" installments when available. (see Installment Auto-Payment details above. |
