A whole mind + body experience: Learn Ballet + Bollywood technique and choreographies. Dancers will be using props such as scarves and ribbons and fans. 10 minute Mindful story time will consist of stories by Hatch Brighter to teach concepts of emotional awareness, self-love, embracing mistakes and more.
