This class encourages an exploration of dance through movement that is accessible for people with neurological, sensory, and physical challenges. Students will gain confidence by expressing themselves through the art form of dance and will explore genres such as contemporary and modern. This class offers whole-body stretches and exercises that refine motor skills.
