Heels is a style of dance that promotes body positivity while combining elements of jazz, hip hop, and contemporary dance genres. Dancers are encouraged to wear high heels while working on dance steps to popular music.
*Participants are not required to wear heels. They may wear any shoes that are comfortable to dance in.
