There is a built in material fee of $40 for Fall classes, Winter, Spring and Summer Camps, All Workshops. There is an $80 Material fee for Winter-Spring (2 sessions combined). Material fees are non-refundable. When paying in any other method, the respective Material Fee will be added.
Payment:
Payment in full is required before the first day. Space is only guaranteed once payment is received.
Enrollment:
Space in all programs is limited. Please contact the KOS Office with any questions by emailing: contact@kidsonstage.com. New students may attend one trial class/camp for a fee based on availability (see Trial Fee below).
Attendance:
Attendance of all actors is crucial for a successful show. Two or more absences may result in a re-cast.
Prorates & Refunds:
No refunds for missed classes/camp days for any reason (i.e. sick, travel, other conflicts, etc.). Private Coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to a session.
To receive a full refund (minus $135 service fee): For a CLASS: Students must cancel before the first day. For a CAMP: Campers must cancel 10 days prior to camp start date.
Trial Fee:
In some cases a trial class or camp may be available. Please email to inquire. There is a trial fee which will be applied toward the full session if your actor wishes to continue. Full registration is required before attending a trial class. Email first to inquire availability and class recommendations: contact@kidsonstage.com
Program Cancelation:
KOS reserves the right to cancel a program if the class/camp does not meet minimum enrollment. If paid, KOS will refund/credit that amount to use for another class or camp.
To Register:
Register via ClassBug (all major credit cards accepted). Late payments will incur a $25 a day late fee.
Installment Auto-Payment:
When applicable and opted in you are responsible to keep your payment method current so auto-runs can occur on the allotted dates. A late fee will begins 5 days after your auto-pay was due at $25/day.
Winter-Spring Session:
Winter-Spring Session tuition may be paid together, or in two installments. First Installment: Due at registration. Second Installment: Auto-runs on March 1. Registration confirms you agree to KOS automatically charging your credit card for the second installment on March 1.
