Wee Yogis’ kid yoga classes include fun yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness exercises. Yoga helps children improve focus and concentration, gain confidence and learn to express themselves. This is a 45 minute drop off class for ages 5-8.
