Preschool Transition( Drop-off for ages 2-4)

This is our M.M.Y Preschool transition class for kiddos ages 2-4. This is sweet program to get your little one ready to be on their own 1.5hrs practicing Mindfulness, Music and Yoga! Sessions include mindful exercises, mindful snacking, music and exploring musical instruments & sensory props, art, and of course Yoga! Parent, grandparent or caregiver must be within 10 min away.
