Ballet I 8-10yrs

Ballet is the foundation of all dance. Introduce proper technique and ballet positions with barre work, floor work and stretching. This class will take these skills and strengthen the dancer's precision and ability. Provides poise, grace and technique needed in all dance forms. Class is designed to promote self esteem, posture, flexibility, self discipline, balance, and fitness.
