Helping people find balance in body and mind is my passion. Creating community by getting to know each other is my goal. Seeing people growing stronger and feeling more confident is my reward.
Danzversity is creating new opportunities to get together for new experiences. Low impact exercises, like Healing Tai Chi and Qigong, will improve balance, stimulate circulation, and mobilizes joints. Accepting new realities, dealing with new, sometimes stressful situations can be challenging.
Finding a new balance by listening to your own mind and body might be the answer. Slow, conscious movement will give you more control over your body; listening to your body will bring more harmony to your body / mind connection, and therefore will lead to more acceptance and balance in life. Mindful exercises, like controlled breathing, Healing Tai Chi and Qigong help to relax and find yourself better balanced. Let’s live in the moment, - let’s go with the flow…
