For teens and adults, this class provides a fun, low impact but high energy way to stay healthy and fit, as well as a great opportunity for performers to add conditioning and stamina training to their weekly workout regimen. This class combines the fundamental movements of classical ballet training with core movements from traditional strength training to create long, lean muscles, as well as enhance overall flexibility and endurance. (** For this class, students will need: a yoga mat or large towel, light hand weights or two small water bottles, and a ballet barre, wall, or chair for support.)
