Beginning Irish step dance classes focus on posture, strength, rhythm, lightness, footwork, and jumps. The emphasis is on the lower body, with arms held at the sides. Basic jigs and reels will build confidence and a sense of accomplishment with each step learned. Fun, lively traditional and modern Irish tunes accompany each class.
