Release your muscles from a long week, and prepare your body for a healthy weekend! All skill levels are welcome. Gentle on the joints, Ballet is healthy exercise for adults of all ages, especially for those looking to strengthen their ankles, legs and core body… as well as gently stretch and mobilize the hips and limbs. Class includes beginner ballet barre work, floor stretches and exercises, modern core body work, center balances, across-the-floor exercises, center choreography, etc. Contemporary choreography and music. 10 week session.
