Advanced Competition Team

Ages: 7-10 Requirement: leotard and tights, or, close-fitting athletic clothes, jazz shoes. Hair must be pulled back off the face. Dancers will briefly train together in intermediate contemporary, jazz and acro dance techniques (rotating). Team will learn choreography for TWO group dances during class time (additional entry fees apply). Solo or Duet/Trio dances (additional entry fees apply), if desired, will be expected to be created outside of class time by yourself or by arranging additional private lessons with Ms. Sam for an additional fee, please inquire! -Must also enroll in ADVANCED BALLET & PRE-POINTE (tuition applies) -Dancers will take created dances to ONE regional dance competition during the school year, and have the opportunity to attend a regional masterclass in November. Dance Recital: May 17-19. Dress Rehearsal: May 15.
