Elite Acro II

Ages: 10+, or by permission Requirement: soft dance clothes (close-fitting), foot undies or acro socks, Students encouraged to bring/purchase their own portable, personal acro mat. Hair must be pulled back off the face. Technical floor acrobatics combined with some jazz dance. All students must have taken acro or gymnastics in the past and have strong knowledge of intermediate acro tricks (all rolls, creative cartwheels, hand/head/chest/shoulder inversions, walkovers). Advanced strengthening, stretching, and conditioning to build core strength for floor tricks, such as, creative walk-overs, tinsica, spider rolls, veldez, handsprings, front and side aerials, leaps, pirouettes, fouettes, etc. Dance Recital: May 17-19. Dress Rehearsal: May 15.
