Experience the fun and energy of this exotic dance form! Beginners will enjoy low-impact aerobic exercise as they learn the basic moves of Middle Eastern dance. Students in the continuing class will learn more complex moves and steps and improve their artistry; six months of belly dance experience recommended. The mixed-level class welcomes beginners but will progress at an accelerated pace.
