5. Acrobatic Dance Beginner Ages 6-8

Acrobatics is a gymnastic-based class. In this class students will learn and gain skills through progression with a focus on conditioning, strength, balance, tumbling, and flexibility. Students will practice on gymnastics mats and/or floor equipment with the goal of performing skills on a dance/hard floor. At times, students may be spotted by the teacher for tricks. Part of the class structure may consist of partner work or lifts. - Beginner Class – No experience required.
