Many of us struggle to find meaningful ways to get cardiovascular training in as part of our fitness schedule. This class is designed to focus on elevating heart rate and breathing rate to challenge different parts of your cardio system. In addition to movement being faster paced, we also integrate plyometric exercise (which is great for bone density!) and full body movements to push the heart rate and breathing rate. I believe that everyone needs some form of cardio exercise but finding the right exercises and motivation are key. We will do 45 min of guided cardio-based exercises followed by 15 min of stretching. It is recommended to have taken the Level 2 Strength class (or have prior experience with strength and impact) before signing up for this class.
