Our ‘core muscles’ (or abdominals) are the most important group of muscles in the body. They provide the foundation of strength and stability for all other movements and help coordinate all other body parts. Strengthening and isolating the core muscle group can be quite challenging as they are also often the laziest muscles in the body! This class is designed to isolate those muscle groups and teach your body how to find and load them appropriately. We will do 45 min of guided core exercises followed by 15 min of stretching. This class is appropriate for any level and any age looking to improve their core connection and strength for functional life activities and for sports.
