This class is for folks who have already taken strength training (either through Level 1 or somewhere else) and would like a higher level of challenge. This class will involve heavier weight, more complex movements, and plyometric exercises. It is still run as a circuit-based class, allowing for individual pace and focus, but added challenges of endurance and speed are often integrated for a harder workout. This is a great class to push your strength and expand your body movement, whether it be just for health and fitness or working towards a specific sport or activity. I recommend coming to at least two Level 1 classes before starting Level 2.
