Beginning strength class with a focus on functional movements. This class is for any level and any age, whether you have experience with strength training or want to start for the first time. I believe that everyone should be able to work on their strength as it is such an important component of our health and longevity, but knowing where to start and what to do is so often the barrier. The class gives you circuit-based exercises that allow you to move at your own pace and focus on form and control. I give cuing throughout the class so make sure you are perform each exercise correctly to avoid injury and allow for appropriate progression.
