This is an hour circuit-based strength training class with focus on form and function. You will learn correct mechanics for each exercise with consistent cuing from your teacher throughout the class. Perform exercises that are functional and geared toward both injury prevention and improving your performance in other physical activities. Come and workout out while listening to music and enjoying the company and motivation of other like-minded folks! Class is offered twice a week on Wednesday at 1pm and Friday at 1:30pm, come to one or challenge yourself and come to both!
