Bring your energy, enthusiasm, and team spirit to our exciting POM Team! This high-energy class blends the precision of pom, the sharpness of jazz technique, and the excitement of dance team choreography in a fun and encouraging team environment. Dancers develop strong arm placement, clean motions, synchronization, formations, kicks, turns, leaps, performance quality, and showmanship while building endurance, confidence, and teamwork. Throughout the season, students will learn dynamic routines designed for community performances, special events, and studio showcases, giving them valuable opportunities to perform, build lasting friendships, and gain confidence both on and off the stage. To maximize success on the team, we strongly recommend enrollment in the appropriate Acro/Gymnastics class. Additional acro training helps dancers safely develop the tumbling, tricks, strength, flexibility, and body control needed to enhance their pom performance and expand their skill set.
