Moves Made 4 Me™ is an inclusive movement and wellness program that helps children of all abilities develop confidence, coordination, communication, emotional regulation, and healthy movement habits through dance, music, sensory exploration, and creative play. Every class incorporates movement from a variety of dance styles while strengthening gross motor skills, balance, body awareness, listening skills, social interaction, and self-expression in a fun, supportive environment. Students participate at their own pace with encouragement from experienced instructors who celebrate every milestone. The class is divided in 30 minutes physical instruction and 30 minutes of coloring/worksheets and self directed movement.
