This adaptive movement class helps participants build confidence, friendships, coordination, emotional wellness, and independence through dance, fitness, creative movement, rhythm activities, sensory experiences, and teamwork.
Students improve body awareness, motor planning, communication skills, and self-expression while learning movement combinations that encourage success and celebrate each individual's strengths.
