Our fitness classes are for people of all levels. Our fun and friendly instructors use a variety of workout techniques ranging from cardio based movement to strength focused workouts, while teaching at an appropriate level and personalizing the experience for each individual’s needs. --Nuestras clases de fitness son para personas de todos los niveles.
