My Grown-Up and Me

Do you have a toddler who loves to move? This class is just the thing for you! My Grown-Up & Me is an introduction to movement class for children ages 2 to 3.5 yrs old and the grown-ups who love them. During the 45 minute class, adult and child will participate together, exploring gross motor skill development and activities that encourage creativity, rhythm, and balance. In this class, children are introduced to many valuable skills such as listening, taking turns, standing in line, following directions and sequential order. This class is a pre-introduction to dance and can help your child transition into a dance class on their own. Grown-ups, get ready to have lots of fun dancing and moving with your little ones! Dance attire: For children, comfortable clothes, athletic wear, or leotards and tights. For adults, comfortable clothes or athletic wear. Shoes: For children, grippy socks or ballet slippers. (Tap shoes will be added later.) For adults: grippy socks or tennis shoes
