For pre teens through adults, this class is a low to no impact workout suitable for all fitness levels, as well as a great option for performers to strengthen and tone muscles. Movements are predominately seated and are performed at a slow, steady pace. This mindful routine incorporates both dynamic and static stretching as well as ballet and yoga based movements to relieve and restore sore muscles and give you a rejuvenating workout.. Over time, Barre Stretch has been shown to improve flexibility, balance, and overall wellness. (**For this class, students will need: a yoga mat for body cushioning)
