Designed for musical theater performers and anyone wanting to have a basic understanding of ballet vocabulary and technique. Each class will begin with several Progressing Ballet Technique exercises, using a yoga ball to help build muscle memory and balance, followed by a simple barre focused on technique, stretches for flexibility, and floor work to build balance, strength, and coordination. (** For this class, students will need: a large yoga ball or chair, yoga mat or large towel, and a ballet barre or chair for support.) Pre teen through adult
