Kids Yoga (ages 2-17)
Students will learn poses and sequences specifically targeted to their age group and skill level, kids coloring pages and kids yoga stories for younger students to help them understand each new pose, yoga games and activities for all levels, and specific guided breathing and relaxation practices will be taught to each age group.
