Beginning Tap (ages 7-12) Students will learn basic tap vocabulary and technique, coordination, and rhythm in a fun, encouraging atmosphere. In addition, they will also learn how to count music, hear phrasing, and how to use the different parts of their tap shoes to create various percussive sounds. Both Broadway tap and rhythm tap styles will be explored.
