You and your 5-7 year old will get to bond while exploring 4 sessions together consisting of of Antigravity Just Kids Aerial Yoga, Little Flower Yoga and Mindfulness, and Art. Whether you or your child are new to Antigravity or an avid flyer, you will discover the fun of art, yoga, mindfulness and aerial fitness while you spin, swing, stretch and balance using playfulness, imagination and creativity.
