This class infuses yoga and pilates techniques to tone the glutes, thighs, core, and arms. Get long and lean with the lengthening yoga postures paired with reps of pilates floor exercises to build strength and reduce stress. Focusing on alignment and breath, you will target and isolate specific muscle groups to feel a physical and mental change in your body. This class will held build flexibility, tone and strengthen your muscles, increase your metabolism, and can lead to weight loss with regular practice. Options will be given to accommodate your fitness needs; this is an all levels class.
