Every Second Saturday. Feeling stiff sore and tired? Do you need to start stretching but aren't ready for yoga? Begin here! Learn the basics of stretching and components of Anatomy along with 8 basic Tai Chi moves to balance energy throughout all body systems and ending with a simple guided meditation to calm and relax the mind. Wear loose clothing, bring your own mat if you have one if not one will be provided. If needed bring a bottle of water.
