This Fundamentals course will help prepare students to fly using the basic terminology of grips, wraps, and traps. Through this step-by-step technique, you will learn all you need to safely invert and decompress. The hammocks will help to massage your fascia as you go deeper into poses. Receive the benefits of decompression from inverting the body along with strength, conditioning, advancing agility and coordination as well as deep stretching and the massage of muscles, tissues, and the body’s spirit. Here you will discover the power, excitement, and pure joy of moving freely in all directions of open space. This class is open to all levels and is especially recommended for those who are new to AntiGravity Yoga.
