Power yoga will increase your heart rate as well as center your soul. Challenge yourself through this dynamic practice of chaturangas, balancing asanas, and inversions. Expect a fast paced flow and see how your body and mind change with regular practice. This is a level 2 class. Options are always given to support where your body on a day-to-day basis but previous yoga experience is encouraged.
