A class for dancers looking to improve flexibility and gain strength to help maintain a healthy body for dance. Join this class to learn more about why additional training is important and how to build a successful warm up for yourself. This class is strongly recommended for students in any level II or III technique class.
Class will be virtual to begin and has the potential to move into a studio should it be deemed safe to do so.
