TRX is a suspension training class using varying length resistance straps to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. TRX was invented by ex-Navy Seals to deeply increase and maintain fitness. This suspension training class includes bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements are performed. TRX Suspension leverages gravity and your bodyweight. The participant may control how hard of a workout by simply adjusting body position.
