Pilates is a fun yet challenging workout designed to strengthen the core, improve flexibility and encourage wellbeing. DIDA founder Joe Duffey provides a supportive environment for all students - no prior experience necessary! The workout is 40 minutes which includes stretching. Great for everybody, not just Irish dancers! ***THIS IS OUR IN-PERSON OPTION (LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE) AT THE DIDA STUDIO. STUDENTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN MAT. MASKS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES.*** [Note that students may use their virtual drop-in class pack for this in-person option thru 4/30]
