A dynamic blended class inspired by a combination of pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. This class will provide a full body workout that is both intense and low impact. Our goal is ultimately to restore balance to your body, build core strength, improve muscular strength, and increase flexibility. We will utilize a combination of weights, toning balls, thigh rings, resistance bands, yoga blocks, and the ballet barre.
