This is a fun ballet class, perfect for people who have always wanted to try ballet and for those who grew up training in ballet and are looking for a gentle way back into dancing. Exercises are designed to slowly build full-body strength, educate students about the basic concepts of ballet technique, and provide an enjoyable, meditative, physical experience for everyone to feel more grounded and strong in their bodies.
Required classroom attire is something that you can freely move in and that makes you feel fantastic and excited to dance - leotard and tights with ballet shoes are great as would be yoga pants, a t-shirt and socks.
