Adult Ballet ONLINE

This is a fun ballet class that will help you build full-body strength, learn the fundamentals of ballet technique, and feel grounded and flexible in your body. Required classroom attire is something that you can freely move in and that makes you feel fantastic and excited to dance - leotard and tights with ballet shoes are great as would be yoga pants, a t-shirt and socks. Adult Classes at BDC are open classes meaning drop-ins are welcome. Buy a class card and try all of our adult offerings. Online classes through Zoom feature live interaction with a BDC instructor and one-on-one time to provide additional personalized instruction. Our goal is to maximize Zoom as a tool to help students progress with their dance learning.
