Current HPSD families, please note:
HPSDs class syllabi are designed to span a 32-40 week period. As such, dancers should remain in the same level for one fall session and one winter/spring session at a minimum. Summer classes are also recommended, and dancers enrolling over the summer should also remain in the same level they took during the academic year. Promotions granted with Recommendations (made by instructors each spring and emailed to parents of dancers in levels 1+ each summer) do not take effect until the fall session of the forthcoming year.
Scholarship families may enroll online but should either register using the 5-payment plan if they are enrolling before it expires or get in touch with [email protected] to apply their scholarship award to registration before checking out so they are not overcharged.
Online registration results in full-session enrollment. This is the requirement for all youth dancers, but adult dancers may attend classes on a drop-in basis. To learn more about our classes for adults, please visit hydeparkdance.org/adults!
