On November 11th we will be holding The Music Man-themed day! Have your children spend their day off from school at The Ballet Institute. The Music Man is coming back to Broadway this fall, and we’re celebrating by hosting an entire day dedicated to the show. Students will learn the story of this classic musical. When Harold Hill comes to the small town of River City he promises to form a new boys’ band, and sparks the town’s love for music. However, Marian the librarian is up on his schemes, and isn’t buying his song and dance. Will Harold be able to win her over in the end? Students will learn classic songs like Ya Got Trouble, Goodnight My Someone, and Seventy-Six Trombones The day includes a full ballet class, a full tap class, a fun craft (make your own instrument!), musical theater games, and story time!
